Picture Frame that will remain on the desktop

Hi I'm looking for a Picture Frame that will always remain on my desktop. A widget will only show when you hit the dashboard icon and then disappear with a click. I would like a picture frame that will remain on my desktop and automatically shift through my selected photo's. Thanks

If you can find a widget that does it just download tinkertool and enable dashboard developer mode.
