Picture in iMessage

OK, I must be having a major brain fart, but for the life of me, I can't see how to include a picture in an iMessage sent from OS X ML.

What am I missing?

I think you can drag a pic from finder onto imessage to send it.

Drag and drop or Buddies > Send File...

Im pretty sure you can also just copy the picture into the conversation with the keyboard shortcuts.
