Chicken pox

Had to document my daughter's chicken pox today. Playing with the ImageConverter I managed to make all the spots disappear.

Canon EOS350D, 17-40, 1/90s f/8.0 ISO1600 40mm (35mm eq:64mm)

My trusty S7000 even managed to autofocus on this one. This little P&S still surprises me😀

Was out in the snow in a field in Trefforest, Wales, and took this!

First post! 😱

Excellent composition, the stream leads you into the trees, a walk in image

Jake at the lake

My first effort at a composite of 2 very different shots... one of the lake, the second of Jake running down a path through the woods...

Yes it is very high glaze and the morning sun was in low and harsh. I may try again in the evening light.

Ohh, I thought you had taken a yard ball inside to take a picture and it was a lamp of some sort. 😱

Well, then ignore that part. Still great color though!

Sorry, lost the exif data moving the file around, but it was taken on my girlfriends big Nikon with a long lens.

I know I posted this in another thread (or possibly this one), but this is what I gave my girlfriend for Valentines day. It's edited better than before, but I really should get an external LCD with an S-IPS panel. Anyway, the photo was framed in a really appropriate, off-white/sandy coloured frame. 🙂 The box of chocolate in the photo was sent to her as well. The wrapping paper was a bit ruined, but anyway....

We have a long distance relationship right now, so other things are harder to send. 😱

PS: It really looks crap in Firefox, although most photos do.....
