I don't think they look like one another. They both have completely different facial structures. The only reason they possibly looked like one another is because they had the same hair style in their previous pic.

So I posted a while ago, and I am happy to report that my domestic partner and I officially got married about 2 weeks ago here in California. Here are a few pics of us as a married couple We are happy and in love and it can't get any better than that...
