Agreed, looks cooler but wouldn't sell as well I'm guessing. Yes, many would buy any Civic for the brand and reliability that comes with owning one. I think most of the American public though likes a very conservative, ubiquitous look unfortunately. This Civic has too much pin-ash!

Thanks! It has a lot of front grip, it's pretty neutral.

Wondering the same thing. I just don't get the point of a HP car with a slushbox. Manual, yes. Double-clutch or sequential gearbox, yes. Fluid-coupled torque converter, nope.

I love on Long Island and drive to Westchester (about 90 miles round trip a day) and if you know NY traffic you would understand.

Costs way more than, and is not as well handling or potent as the US Si. Definitely far from a true Type R. Give me a FD2 any day over the FN2.

Because the dealer is currently prepping it, servicing it, MOT'ing and taxing it, plus touching up a bit of the paintwork.
