I said I would post this, and damnit here it finally is. I am actually embarrassed to report that I hit cones in the final 3 runs, but without getting external video of myself to analyze, it was very difficult to tell where I needed to work on my time. The A4 performed quite well despite the 4wd push lack of power
still not too shabby for my 2nd time out...

Dunno how to embed youtube vids here...

Here are a few pics as well which are at the end of the vid:

CKs are on the low end of BBSs though, compared to RSs or LMs for example. i have RKs on my other car, they went for around $250 (16x7) a piece back in the day. any one piece BBS wheels really don't go for that much, it's the multipiece wheels that get into the $1000+ range.

I'd kill to have a set of 17x8 RK's on my bimmer. :)

they're a great looking wheel, i chose them because they were offered on the WRX, and RKIIs on saab aeros. my golf is very OEM+ style. a picture while we're at it, 1997 golf trek.

Technically, I don't have a car. I work from home and do not do much driving but here's our family car or realistically...my wife's car. :D 2008 R32

I'm in the market for a fun car for me and currently deciding between another S2000 (Had one last year), an M3, a 135i, or something that I've been obsessing about lately, a JCW Mini Cooper S.

A little bit of an update on the Buttermilk Behemoth...

Since April, I've got an entirely new fuel system including rebuilt carburetor, new rear air suspension, polished the living daylight out of the wheels, gone over the car with a buffer, polished the chrome, K&N filter, etc etc etc.

1979 Lincoln Continental Town Coupe. Now it has 41,9xx original miles. Gas mileage so far has been 7ish city and 15ish highway. Daily driver :D

Now: (although before shiny wheels... didn't get around to buying aluminum polish and paint stripper til last week)

I have never seen an SVX till you posted before this. I saw one just the other day in town, and really, I think that's a bitchin looking car even though it has that 80's styling.

haha, it sure is a weird looking car. I need to get my BBS mounted though because those stock rims are  awful!

I love the SVX... pity the slushbox could barely handle the car! :p

So you seem to be someone who technically doesn't have their license but has a car anyway... haha. I've been 16 since February but the driving examiners didn't call me for driver's ed so I couldn't get my permit.

Luckily, the tranny got much better in the later years. :D

Yeah, i have had my permit for a couple of weeks now. That stinks they dident call you! BTW, i love your car. I think its awesome and it has low miles which is always a plus.

I finally got a chance to mess around with my rig today. First time rig shot. I need a better ND filter. Decent... not what I'm looking for but its a good start I'd say. Had to stop as it started to rain.
