Hi,

Could you please recommend me a good software to view pictures (from SD card). I have trouble with Preview. It's extremely slow. I can only browse 1-3 pictures, and gets stuck. Nothing happens.
The same SD card works pretty wells on Windows system.

Is there any Mac software that is similar to IfranView as in Windows ?

On the Mac, use iPhoto / Aperture / Lightroom to import photos from SD card. iPhoto comes with every Mac.

loading images directly of the SD card for preview purposes is slow, because the card is slow.
move them over to the harddrive for more speed

or get a faster SD card

Hasn't been updated in a while, but works fine with 10.8.4 for me.
