Picture with Text Problem

Does anybody know why the IPhone 4 sends the picture text upside down on the other person cell phone when they view it? and sometimes they get it sideways too.

The picture looks good when sending it with the text message on the iphone 4.

I had this happen for the first time last night. Pictures I sent before were OK. I'd love to know why too.
