I know these aren't very good but I thought you might want to see...

The Apple booth
Adobe
Wacom
Canon
Me at Nikon trying the D2Hs

it was lots of fun, I tried Aperture on a black MacBook and was surprised at how well (fast) it worked. And of course on a 3GHz MacPro filled with Ram:D

Thanks for the photos, it's nice to see what these things actually look like (although you would think that as the event was in Germany, Apple would at least adapt their displays to the local language  ).

So was Aperture 1.5 on the Macbook impressive then? I can't wait to play around with Aperture 1.5 on a Macbook to see if its worth buying. How responsive was it? Was there enough time to get a cup of tea during some editing procedures  :p .

Yes, I'd also like to know more about Aperture on a MacBook. Sounds interesting. I'm leaning towards Lightroom right now, but I'll likely have to wait until Aperture goes to 2.0 before Lightroom makes it to retail version. ;)

I have used both Lightroom and Aperture. I like the funktions, overall apperance and filehandling more in Aperture but Lightroom is a bit faster.

The Adobe people told me that Lightroom will be available beginning 2007 but not bundled with CS3, or at least not in the beginning.
