pictures look great when looking at them on forums, but when you expand them to full screen... i dont know about you but they all have "oil paint effect" and dont look good at all.

I would say the quality of the photos are from the photographer. The phone is a tool. My photographer buddy can put out better picture from his phone than my DSLR, MOST of the time.

Thanks! I used VSCO to edit it, basically bumped the exposure and contrast a little bit. And of course, feel free to use it as a background 🙂
You folks need to get a long exposure app. I am using nightcap (there is also nightcap pro) and it lets you do exposures up to 1 second long. If you are shooting non moving scenes it makes a huge difference in the dark. Night mode prevents the phone from using a high ISO in the dark.

Sort of. It's because that's how the camera lens sees it in different angle.

I hate it when the iPhone should obviously make the time black, but keeps it white.
Anyone know why a picture loses quality when u make it ur background. Just noticed this on my 6. Never on any previous iphone.
