Pilot's! iPads in the cockpit.... whats your setup?

pilot my-cast is very good, but IMO needs just a few tweaks and it would outperform foreflight.

has anyone had experience using data while flying with verizon or att?

Anywhere Map just came out for iOS and Android. Looks pretty sweet to me. Plus I know the people there fairly well. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Especially here in the LA area, I always check WX on my phone instead of dialing into ATIS. Last thing I want to do is miss a call from SoCal because I have to listen to a robot tell me the weather.

ATIS is a human. AWOS or ASOS is a robot.
