    Hire a graphic designer.

I've been told Pixelmater is a great app for drawing your app's elements yourself, if you'd rather not hire someone else to do it for you.

Hire a copy editor, too. Bad speling maks four pore impresions.

I've been using Pixelmator with great success and I am not artistically inclined.
Worth a shot if you want to put in a little time to learn the basics.

    try this.

    Basically you're looking for boilerplate???

    try this:
    http://designthencode.com/

I do both but come from an art (animation) background, and I found the site informative on both coding and "Arting" ...

I lay stuff out in photoshop and then cut it up into elements.
