Any suggestions for how I can fix these two issues?
1. When writing up forum posts I often type my post up and then pinch to zoom. iOS 15 closes Safari when I pinch too hard (often not much of a pinch if it's near full zoom). Can I disable this method of closing apps by pinching? Super annoying to lose your whole forum post as a result.
2. Autofill for Safari addresses is cooked! I'll start typing the address of a website into the address bar. Safari will autofill the address. After it's done this, I hit enter (which used to just take me directly to the website). Since iOS 15 this has become REALLY unreliable! I find myself doing lotsa web searches for things like 'ww' or nonsensical, partial address names.

Seriously, do Apple do ANY QA these days? Surely this woulda come up in early beta testing.

If you pinch and zoom with two fingers, apps don't get closed. And regarding your second question: Do you want to type "www.websitename..."? Why start with "www", just type the name of the website.

1. And yet they do.

2. Because I do. There's various examples that I could touch upon but the bug is the issue I wish to discuss rather than how my behaviour of usage uncovered it.

Post a video, showing those two issues.

Two finger pinching does not return to the Home Screen. You’re doing something unusual, but we can’t see you do it so it’s hard to help.
Could well be. Alternatively, Safari might be crashing (with me thinking it's quitting).

I'll try to replicate it on a consistent basis and see what I can post.
