Pink Bands of Death? Help!!

omg, first gen iPhone se. phone has been working fine. this morning, i dropped it on the floor rug from about a distance of two feet. picked it up, saw fat vertical lines and thin horizontal lines on the screen. has a case on it. shut it down and restarted, same thing. what now! phone still operates normally. once upon a time i had an iMac that had this issue. was told the graphics card was the issue. don't want to get a new phone right now.
