pink screen, bad sound from internet, Monterey Mac Pro

a couple of problems with Mac Pro running on Monterery.
1/ audio is crackle and breaks up with sound being download from internet yet sounds OK when played from computer. problem seemed to have started when BT put in fibre
2/ run with 2 acer 27" monitors. one is perfect the other has a pink caste any suggestion please.
