Finally heard from Pinlo regarding my emails to customer service. They said all their products are quality tested and are only Damaged upon "severe" impact. They asked for photos so I took some and sent them. They wrote me back and said that it was obvious that this case had involved severe impact and that they would not be refunding nor replacing my product. So they basically called me a liar and refused to stand behind their marginal quality product. I will not be purchasing from them again.
