Finally heard from Pinlo regarding my emails to customer service. They said all their products are quality tested and are only Damaged upon "severe" impact. They asked for photos so I took some and sent them. They wrote me back and said that it was obvious that this case had involved severe impact and that they would not be refunding nor replacing my product. So they basically called me a liar and refused to stand behind their marginal quality product. I will not be purchasing from them again.

At least they returned your email. I had to contest the charges with Paypal to get them to offer a refund upon return. They asked that I return the case to the return address on the box, which I did. They did not give me a RA# like they say they will on their website and I am holding out no hope that I will actually get a refund.

Best aluminum case out there!

Used to have a BladEdge bumper and their Slice 3. This is their best product so far!

Are you kidding? This is a real cheap (and I don't mean price) case that I've come to dislike in a matter of a couple of days.

As others are saying, it has several issues:

1) Diminishes signal strenght (both GSM and wifi, maybe GPS too) by quite a bit.

2) Button cutouts are too deep and too sharp, making the buttons hard to reach.

3) My iphone fell to the floor and the whole case slid off and now the top part won't fit easily onto the bottom as the bottom has been bent a bit.

Avoid at all costs!

I really like the cast, is there something similar?? all i really want its a clear bumper around the metal.thanks.
