Pinned music albums/songs?

Cant seem to see an answer in the forum but there is no option to pin an album when I long press the album I want to pin and even under settings/apps/music there's no option to even turn on "Download Pins" So I need to subscribe to apple music to pin an album?

Am I missing something?

I think it was an Apple Music feature, weird as it seems.
