I just upgraded to 32GB of ram in the iMac about 9 days ago. Last night when my iMac was in sleep mode it received a kernel panic. The system log reads as follows:

Is there any way I can determine what caused the kernel panic? I want to make sure it wasn't my new RAM.

Put back the old RAM and see if you get another panic. Almost always is user installed RAM that's the source of these things.
