Anyone know how to activate picture in picture on the NBA app? Managed to get it working once, but haven't got a clue how I did it. There's no pip-button on the video and when I press the home button the NBA app just closes and the video stops... I'd like to be able to use safari with nba playing in the corner. Got it to work once, but was that a glitch?

Happened again. Was watching a game in landscape. Pushed the home button and immediately turned the iPad to portrait mode. Pic:
