iPad PIP or Split View Camera App?

I’m looking for a PIP or Split View iPad app do any exist? Looking to create some content that has the front facing camera on me while I share the rest of the iPad screen so I can talk about a news story or an app for iPad.

Any ideas?

I know FaceTime does this anything like that just for local capture?

Here is still an old list of app for iOS9 that have these Picture in Picture/Slide Over/Split View features. Maybe some of those have already updated their app to support the iOS11 way of handling e.g. Slide Over/Split View.

I’m not trying to access both cameras - I’m trying to have a PIP or Split View of a Front Facing camera while using other apps on the iPad (something done in FaceTime)

I don't know but using screen recording would probably count as 'camera' thus you cannot activate the camera on your face.

What you are talking about would be nice. Maybe the screen sharing api in iOS 11 allows this?

I think you can only record the screen in iOS11 indeed not both you (Facetime) and the screen I think or it must be with an app such as Twitch.
