All iPads Pip Videos Battery Usage Bug

When using pip mode for videos on iOS 12 (any version) on any iPad, battery usage is counted twice. So battery graph will show 1 hr usage when just 30 mins have passed into the hour. Please fix this.

P.S. Already reported to Apple today.
