Pitaka Magez pro vs Phone Rebel gen 3 which do you prefer?

The reason I’m asking is because I already have a pitaka Magez pro and I’m contemplating getting the phone rebel gen 3. I don’t know if I could justify getting it as well ?. I’m a case addict for sure ??
I got the Pitaka MagEZ Pro from Amazon a couple of weeks ago. I really like the case, but the price tag may be a bit tough to swallow for some people.
I already have the pitaka Magez pro and I love it as well. I’ve heard the phone rebel gen 3 is a nicer in hand feel. I’m debating if I should buy it ?.
IMHO, the best in hand feel award goes to the Apple leather case. As much as I like the MagEZ Pro, it doesn’t feel quite as satisfying. The Phone Rebel looks interesting, but I don’t like the corner design. This is one of the reasons I never liked UAG cases.
Yeah I’ll admit, I love the feel of my midnight apple leather case! I love the feeling of it so much that I’m also contemplating getting the dark cherry one ?. I have the sierra blue 13 pro
I have a graphite 13 Pro and a Sequoia Green leather case. I originally planned to stick with that case exclusively. Since I’ve been going into the office more and more, I decided to get something a bit more protective. I tried the Lifeproof Next (hated it because of the added bulk), Rhinoshield SolidSuit (couldn’t deal with the added bulk after using it for 2 weeks), then finally settled on the MagEZ Pro. I really miss the leather case, though. Luckily, I kept it, so I may start swapping!
I have the magez pro and the phone rebel gen 3, I personally prefer the phone rebel gen 3 as it is definitely nicer in hand feel, it doesn't feel as bulky.
The metal buttons on the phone rebel gen 3 are a nice finish and have a much better response than the buttons on the pitaka case. Weight wise feels very similar.
Awesome thanks for the insight! Are the materials on the phone rebel gen 3 as good as Pitaka’s? The quality of the pitaka is insane.
It’s just as good I think! Though I didn’t use the pitaka for long as sheer size of it and sharp edges put me off!
I’ve had the phone rebel case on now for about 3 weeks and haven’t turned back
Same here but I guess it’s a issue with many cases. Hopefully easily to wipe offHave the MagEz Pro on the way and already dreading the fingerprints
MagEz Pro in today and I actually like it a little better than the Rebel Gen 3.

My magez pro just got here and I agree I do like it a little better than the rebel . It fits perfectly and it’s slim … finger prints are not as bad as I though ..
I dig the camera protector! Do you mind telling me where you got it? I have the sierra blue 13 pro. I like the look of this better ?
So far a full day of use the Pitaka pro has been amazing and still not a big issue with finger prints and magnets are so much stronger than the apple leather.But my one question is do the rebel 3 and Pitaka pro use real aramid fiber ? The rebel appears to be a sticker and the Pitaka feels like some type of rubber.. could just be the coating they use..
Just curious how you feel about the grip on the pitaka case. Ive read some reviews stating that they find the pitaka case is not that grippy especially on the sides. Also do you find the case uncomfortable to hold for long periods of time because of the sharp edges? thanks in advance.
Honestly holding it feels almost like the apple leather case to me with a little more grip like the silicone case. Not much more thicker either …As far as being sharp I feel nothing at all sharp, I wonder if people confuse it with the normal Pitaka case ?
