Pitaka: New Cases for New iPhone

Are the buttons really difficult to press? i am holding back from getting the Magcase pro as i am currently using a EVUTEC KARBON which is rather defective in terms of wireless charging and looseness on the volume and power button sides.
Id like to see pictures of the new mag case pro. I enjoyed the first incarnation (iPhone X) but the XS Max version was lacking for me. I didn't lie the variable lip of the case.

Yes. The side buttons and volume buttons require more force than normal. My tech21 and caudabe case for the 11 have way more responsive buttons with great feedback. I even reached out to pitaka and they said it’s “normal”. It’s this way so it’s not too sensitive and avoids accidental presses. I call BS and was denied an exchange. They won’t even give me a refund within prepaid shipping.

that really sucks. I think i will put off buying this case. Hopefully my replacement Evutec is alot better than the lemon i received.
It’s definitely delayed. Latest update from Pitaka:
“about the AirCase, already on its way to oversea warehouse which will take a few days, once it reach, then your order will be delivered at once and the tracking will be also updated to you.”

The Air Case is now sold out.
Hopefully we get shipping notifications early next week. I’m really itching to get this case.

Darn. I ordered as soon as the preorders went live. Maybe my order was in the first batch.
My shipping status is pre-shipment. It might ship today or tomorrow, but won’t move Monday because of the Columbus Day holiday. I should most definitely receive it next week.
