I just got my PITAKA case in the mail today from Amazon. I’m afraid to use it cause as gorgeous as it is it looks like it will scratch the phone as soon as you put it on with the metal on metal.

Can anyone confirm?

It’s carbon fiber. I’ve been using a pitaka case for years. I’m using one now on my 14 pro max. Nope doesn’t scratch the phone. I’m using the pitaka air.
I just got the

MagEZ Case 3

And I’m not sure what to do.

But doesn’t it feel like it metal?

Mine feels like metal or something hard.
thats because its aramid fiber which is very similar to carbon fiber and or kevlar. it won't scratch your phone trust me i have removed that case from my phone plenty of times and its fine

Would someone be willing to video themselves taking the case on and off and then showing me the corners of the phone to see it doesn’t scratch please.

i would have no way to do this as i have nothing else to take video with besides my current phone lol

What color phone? I have the gold, and I have taken the Pitaka on and off several times and don’t have any scratches on my gold sides.

did you not research the case at all? even in the slightest?

do you really think the case is capable of scratching the phone just by putting it on/off?

If metal is on metal it will and for that matter if both surfaces are hard the answer is they will scratch.

Don’t be nasty.

I’m just inquiring.

aramid fiber is not metal. Silver is the most likely to be scratched as its not coated like the other phones. Your more likely to get scratches on the exposed portions of the pitaka case

It just feels like metal. I get that it’s not metal. I was just stating how it felt.
