Then here I turned off WiFi. Now it says T-MobileThis is home WiFi..see where it says Cox as my connection provider and it does not say T-Mobile
Since switching to the iPhone 13 Pro Max, I have had zero issues with cellular data. Nowhere near as much switching from 5G to LTE and no drop offs in areas where the Pixel 6 Pro was constantly bouncing between 5G and LTE.
Hopefully updates fix this to a degree, but I think the modem on the P6 will keep it from every being very good in that regard.

exactly.....the screenshot was from the results section of the SpeedTest app. It clearly shows the test was done on cellular data connection.

I am on Fi on the pixel, and it blows away my At&t iPhone speed wise on cellular.

Supposedly some corners have been cut, i.e. 6.2” screen, no headphone jack, 60Hz OLED screen. No leaked price as of yet.

$599 would be a terrible price because it the same as the regular Pixel 6 which is better in every way. I could see this come in at $450 or even $400.

How's everyone experience been after the January update? Drama-free? Or more bugs?
The only reason I ask because if you head over to r/GooglePixel on Reddit, the general consensus is the phone is a failure. People are returning their devices, switching over to iPhone for the first time or waiting for S22 release.
I haven't experienced any deal-breaking bugs but I hate to tussle with Google's awful customer service if something did arise. Also I'm a little jealous of the iPhone 13 pro max battery. People are getting 3 days of usage and reporting SOT over 10+ hours. But to give up Pixel specific features such call screening, magic eraser, hold for me. Google's camera science and the beautiful pictures from my telephoto lense...I don't know. A rock and a hard place at the moment. How does everyone feel months later?

Sorry, had it in my head the P6 was $699. I've been looking at too many phones lately. Given that, you're right! I think I paid $479 for my 3aXL when I got it, if memory serves. It's been awhile. Something in that range would be good, then.

I've had my Pixel 6 for a week as of tomorrow. Long story short, I'm not having any major issues and I'm having a good time with both the Pixel 6 and Android 12 as a whole, after being on iOS for the past few years. Signal strength on Verizon (main SIM) and Mint (eSIM) is fantastic for both and I'm having zero issues with signal dropping, not being able to make or take calls or use the internet. Battery life is ... Fine. But apparently the adaptive battery takes a week or so to understand our usage. I'll keep an eye on this. My only gripe is the fingerprint scanner. When it's cold outside and my hands are cold, it's pretty useless... But, it seems to be way more reliable with the left thumb over the right thumb.
All in all, I'm having a good time. For what I paid for this Pixel 6, I'm very content.

I have both the 13 pro max and Pixel 6 Pro. Both phone major upsides and some downsides as well.
I do get great battery life on my 13 PM...but no where near what you listed. More maybe 24 hours of use before I need to charge it. Then you cannot measure SOT on IOS devices as it does not report battery uses like Android phones do.
I haven't had one issue with my P6P yet. Knock on wood....I do have to charge it by the end of the day versus the next day like the 13 PM though.
But you can't beat the notifications and many many little features the Pixel line has to offer. Call screening and AOD keep me a happy customer.
i think the cameras are pretty even to me with a very slight nod to the P6P
Customer service is HANDS down to Apple.
My experiences with Google customer service/support have been horrendous.
But after all that I am looking forward to the s22 release!

I have been using my Pixel 6 for a week straight now, without switching to my 13 pro. I haven't had any problems. No dropped calls, good cellular & wi-fi connections. I'm enjoying using this phone. I think I'll be using it for awhile.
Mine was and is operating as it should. Some people, not all, are drama queens or micro-obsessive/retentive about everything.

I sold my Pixel 6 Pro over the weekend and am happily using my Pixel 6 I got for Christmas.
Everyone on here knows I was torn over the regular and pro models for some time, before opting to keep the Pro.
Well, after getting the regular again as a gift (to shut me up 😛) and using it solidly since Christmas I didn't feel the need to ever return to the Pro. And when I did, I just wanted the slightly smaller model.
Just too big and cumbersome and I love the flat 6 way more.
Just thought I'd share the update. 🙂.
For the price of the 6 in particular, it's a killer deal. I don't think I've ever been happier with a phone. I'm lucky that none of my Pixel 6's have had any issues and I'd happily use either model full time.
I'm really happy with it and couldn't ask for more out of a smartphone.
Can't see anything else turning my head either as I won't touch a Samsung flagship and there's nothing on the horizon that I feel could sway me. Which is quite nice as it makes a change!

Same! I'm even considering selling my 13 Pro. Not that I don't love it, but it's a solid chunk of change!
The only improvement I could see if the Pixel 7 gets a 120Hz display. I came to the same conclusion as you did when they were both released and I had a chance to play with both at Best Buy. I thought the Pixel 6 was an amazing phone at an amazing price. The 6 Pro was also nice but to me, it wasn't worth the extra money. That's not to make anyone rethink their purchase, it's just the way I saw it. I also prefer a flat screen and the size between the two wasn't that huge when I laid one phone on top of the other. They were almost equal in size.
However I got a defective Pixel 6 from Google and they made it right by sending me a replacement phone. That phone has no issues and the FPS reads my digit real fast and is 99% accurate the first time with a tempered glass screen protector. I wish my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ FPS was as accurate and as fast as my Pixel 6.

Some people prefer the simplicity and walled garden of the iPhone. For me I basically run stock apps on my phone as my needs are basic. I do have a few apps I download from the Play Store. So I would have no problem using an iPhone. The two things keeping me from using an iPhone are, that I find Googles core apps to be far superior to that of Apple. For me I prefer Chrome over Safari, GMaps over Apple Maps, Messages over iMessages, Youtube Music over Apple Music, Google Assistant over Siri . Then there’s the real biggies, Google Assistant, Google Call Screener. No built in call screener on the iPhone.Using an iPhone made me realize why I love Android

As far as size goes, the iPhone 13 Pro Max is basically the same size as my Pixel 4a 5G even though it supposedly has a larger screen than the Pixel 4a 5G.
