Hey guys, wo I finally got my pixelskin hd free from apple today and unfortunately it's from one of the bad batches. It's a really dark black color and it's extremely stiff (that's what she said, I know haha). I've read speck is being really nice about this and replacing them for free sometimes overnighting new cases and sometimes letting you a new color or model. Could anyone that has had theirs replaced please tell me exactly what info speck needs and what direct email address to use to contact eric or whomever I need to get in touch with? Usually how long do they take to reply and do they reply at night or in the morning or afternoon. Did they overnight it and let you pick a new color or case? Thanks.
