If i buy PkgBackup can I use it on multiple devices?

In other words, can I buy it once, and use it on my ipad, iphone and wife's iphone?

If you sign into your account through Cydia, yes. But that is 3 devices right there. Once you hit a certain amount you can't sign in anymore.
