Hi, i want to place files from my iTunes backup, in my iPad which will have a DFUrestore... is this possible with 3rd party apps perhaps?

Don't know about a "third party" app that does this.. but iTunes can do this(since you mentioned DFU restore).. look here for help. https://help.apple.com/itunes/mac/12.5/#itns3280
You could also sync certain file types selectively from iTunes to the iPad if you don't want to do a full restore.
