Here you can see a picture of my room, where I'm going to put the 27" iMac.

I want to avoid reflections at all. I'm in the photographic business so it's really important for me to find a good place for the screen.

I planned to put the iMac on the Desk where my current monitor stands.

Do you think it's ok that near to the window?
Or would it be better to turn the screen along the window and looking against the window? But later if the lamp is turned on I would have it in my back?!...

Theoretically that should be ok. The worst place would be with the window behind you. In reality, the only way you're going to find out is to try it out and see.

You don't want a light source (window) behind the iMac. Put it where you described and close the blinds. The lamp shouldn't be a problem.
