The 2013 MBP i7 with NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M?
I have it running on a iMac 2012 i7, GTX680MX (2GB), settings medium to high 1440p => resulting in 25-30 as FPS (small park).
Some tweaking on the graphical settings might be impacting the FPS in a positive way.
I've been testing the new MacBook Pro 15 inch with 4GB VRAM in planet coaster and it works fine on medium settings and 1920*1200 resolution. Don't know how many fps but smooth enough. I'd say 40 fps or so.
