iPhone Planning and saving a route in Apple Maps for future use

I’m trying to plan a route in Apple Maps with multiple stops in advance of me making the journey.

All of my stops are postcode and after putting the route together I shared the route to notes to save it.

However, when I open the route again from the note in the notes app it has changed someone of the postcode destinations to named destinations, meaning it’s no longer an accurate route.

Does anyone know how to get a shared route to remain as is instead of being changed?
