Kudo's to them for replacing my 520 Blue Tooth Headset within days of a phone call to them. The silicone ear piece separated from the harded plastic arm and no matter what a tried to glue it with it wouldn't hold.
When I called them...no questions asked they offered a new unit.
The unit is the best one I have ever owned. It has noise canceling features and can be married to 2 cell phones at once. I use it for my 1st Gen. iPhone and a company issued Razor. I was thrilled to get my new one with so little hassle.
