My son has played PVZ2 on my mini and has pretty much unlocked everything. Anyway to transfer this data to a new iPad. I can't believe in this day and age this isn't simple. Tried ifunbot, iexplorer, and neither worked. Just starts up the game as a new game on the new device.

iMazing should do it.
The free trial will do. http://imazing.com Make sure you tell it to extract the data and it'll push out the entire app and you can just throw it on the iPad through iTunes or even through iMazing itself.

For anyone else.
Make sure new device (iPad air 2) does not have the app installed.
1) Using imazing click on app for the old device (iPad mini).
2) Select app (pvz2)
3) Click copy to mac (put in a folder you created.
4) Select app and data when prompted
5) Hook up new device and click on that device in amazing.
6) At bottom click copy to device.
7) It should be one file in that folder
8) Select app and data when prompted.
That is all.

Did you try starting the game directly from "Game Center" on the iPad? I'm pretty sure it will sync.

Started game from "Game Center" once it loaded I clicked the user name then I was able to start my cloud version of the game. I do that with all my games that sync.

I want to play more zombie mobile games like Plants vs. zombies and Tapslayer: Alice in Zombieland because I really love zombies. Would want to ask for suggestions since I love mobile games that have shooting and zombies. Thank you.
