Plasti Dipped the 11in Air lid today

    I should have paid a bit more attetnion to the very edges so I may redo it, but I really like the look. I may do the bottom casing cover as well.

    Looks good. Did you take the cover off before you sprayed it?

    I didn't do the bottom yet, but I do plan to remove it before spraying it. It will just be easier.

    That looks SPECTACULAR!! In the picture it almost has a textured look. Very classy in black. I bet if offers superb protection too. My only concern with doing the bottom to match the top would be cooling.

    What is plastidipping exactly? How is it done and is it costly?

    It is slightly textured, like a rubbery/plastic feel to it almost
