Play music through iTunes on another computer?

Does anyone know of a way that I can take my iPhone to work with me, plug it into iTunes on my work PC, and play it there? I know I can do this if I select "Manually manage music", but I'd rather keep it automatically synced.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Because I sit in front of a computer all day, and it'd be more convenient to control my music from the computer directly.

I would also like to do this. I have my music managed manually is it just to plug it in to my school computer? I don't want to loose all of my data.

You do know that if you're set to sync automatically that is only with the computer you're synced to right? You won't plug your iPhone into another computer and just sync to that one.
