Play TV shows?

I've downloaded a number of TV shows to my Mac Mini. I also use this Mac Mini for work purposes, is there any way these TV shows can be viewed while I'm still using my Mac Mini? is there a way to stream them to a TV? or can someone sign in with my iTunes details on another computer (PC) and watch them there?
