iPhone 14 Pro Max Playing movies in Dolby Vision?

Hello everyone is anyone having issues watching movies in Dolby Vision in Netflix and Disney plus? Any movie I play in Dolby just seems dull and not very bright. Very dark scenes look vey weird as well almost like the blacks have a weird tint to it. If I turn battery saver on this seems to disable Dolby and the issue goes away. Anybody else having the same issues?

I really wish Apple would display a badge when DV content is played (like the AppleTV).
You don't even know if Disney+ is supporting it.
But if it is, there is a video that tells you what to do to get the best experience. I think HDTVTest channel did it.
Make sure your auto brightness is turned off and turn your phone's brightness to 100%.
Test it on a iTunes movie that is DV. You should see the difference.
