So, quite a few games have local multiplayer which calls for more than one mouse, or a mouse and a joystick, etc. I want to play these games with friends really badly, but almost every game I've tried this with has considered any mouse, joystick, gamepad or whatever to just take dual ownership of the cursor, instead of controlling the new cursor that is supposed to appear for player 2.

For example, I'm trying to play AtomZombieSmasher multiplayer with a PS3 controller.

HELP ME!!!

But seriously, I could use a hand, let me know if you've gone through this before and figured a way around it.

in the game options there should be settings to configure what controls player 1's actions and what controls player 2's action. if you're using a gamepad like a ps3 controller, you might have to use a program to map out the ps3 controller's buttons to keyboard keys. just make sure that player 1 and player 2's controls are different.

ex: map triangle on controller to "J"

in game settings

player 1 move forward: w
player 2 move forward: j

hope this helps
