Oh man, this iPhone 5c I bought recently seriously trying my patience. I couldn't get it to connect via Bluetooth to my Panasonic stereo unit. Whilst looking through the settings I saw I could upgrade, which I did. I think I'm on iOS eight, or something like that. However, all that's happened is it's totally confused me when it comes to playing music. It's so different from my iPod Touch fifth generation which I absolutely love. Is there any way I can downgrade from iOS 8 back to what I was using when I first bought the phone? Alternatively, is there a good tutorial that shows you how to use the music player, because I'm having real problems

You can't downgrade. Apple makes downgrading impossible by not signing previous versions of firmware (iOS). If a firmware version is not signed you can't install it.

No idea about a tutorial, but my iPhone 5 pairs just fine with my HK Onyx2 speaker. I only use Google Music though, not iTunes (Music) on the phone.
