Unless the chat program supports audio broadcasting (very unlikely - I am not aware of any programs that do this - they tend to be designed for text and media transmission on a person to person based system) there isn’t going to be anyway to do what you want unless you host a broadcast stream that you could provide a link to for others to listen to. You might be able to use more of a meeting like platform like gotomeeting which can do things, but you would probably have to share more than just audio and is probably be more work than you are looking for.

There are music rooms on a program called 'Paltalk'

That program doesn’t appear to offer any media broadcasting, just sharing of content like YouTube or Soundcloud.

If you are going to do it, it would have to be over your speakers using their video protocol.

Can you please tell me how I do it then? Because on my windows PC I can set it up to speak also.

You still need to broadcast the music somehow. Nothing in this program you cite offers such a feature. It only allows for sharing of pre-recorded content and not live content. I assume you are looking to do that correct?

no play recorded music to share

So how is it going to be “played”? If you are trying to play it on your mac to another person that is called broadcasting which your program does not support.

You need a format that supports audio broadcasting and serve it yourself. I would not do this with copy written content that you do not have the rights to do that.
