Playlist made on iPad doesn’t show up on iPhone

As per topic. iCloud Library turned on on both devices. Playlist I made on the iPhone shows up on iPad, but not vice versa.

Any suggestion?
 
Logout on both devices (Music), restart both devices, log back in and check iCloud music library is on.
