Does anyone else have this problem or a similar problem?
WARNING: Don't do this unless you want to experiment.

1. Search for an artist and add a playlist eg. Taylor Swift and add Intro To Taylor Swift.

To do this press the three dots to right and add to playlist

Note that this adds a special Apple Music Playlist and you can see this better if you check on iTunes on your Mac at this step.

Also notice that it doesn't add the individual albums to your Library which makes it nice and clean and is what we want.

2. Now we want to play this offline...

Go to Playlists and press the three dots and select Make Available Offline

Now go look in your Library and notice that it adds all these individual albums/songs and clutters makes a mess of your Library. Not exactly what we want. But notice they don't show up on another device so not really syncing this across iCloud and it is specific to this device.

3. Now afterwards want to remove the offline files...

Go back into Playlists and pressing the three dots Remove from Downloads.

Notice that in Library all the albums are still there but they are not on any other device.
Try to remove them!
Even removing the playlist by Remove from My Music won't help
Some playlists I did add during experimenting I can remove by doing each song individually but others I didn't have any luck.

I ended up logging out of my account on iPhone and re-logging in (also had to re-enable iCloud Music Library) which brought everything back to normal.

Please report your findings/opinions back to this thread.
