My iPhone has iOS 10.2.1 (latest). I have several playlists in Apple Music that I created on my iMac. No matter what I do, the music always shuffles. I press the shuffle option, it shuffles. I press it again to toggle off - no effect: It shuffles. I've searched threads for clues with no luck. I tell Siri to turn Shuffle off and she says she does - but doesn't.
I checked the playlists in iTunes on my iMac. There is a shuffle option there, so I turned it off on the one list where it was on, copied the playlist over the iPhone (after first deleting it), and -- same issue: Still shuffles.
Any suggestions? This is making me crazy...
