Playlists Not Syncing

Is anyone else having the issue that their playlists aren't syncing from iTunes? It seems like all of my music is there, but my playlists refuse to sync for some reason. Any tips? I'd really rather not have to create them manually in the music app.

Mine are syncing okay, but the ones on my phone won't play unless I save the songs for offline listening. Once saved, then I can add them to a playlist.
