Playlists will not show up in music tab

When I connect my iPhone to my computer I go under the Music tab to choose which playlists to synch, but for some reason some do not show up. Does anyone know a solution for this?

I'm having the same problem. Only one playlist shows up.

I'm re-syncing now.

only quick option is to resync it with your media player. this can run on the background while you do other stuff with your phone.
