Please add ability to shrink video window when multitasking to another app.

The next iOS needs some way to multitask videos. There are many times when watching videos either through YouTube or videos app that I'd like to be able to shrink the video window or for those who are familiar with PIP (picture in picture out) on the tv sets. There are times when I want to be doing other things while watching videos. Would love to see some sort of way to multitask videos in a future iOS update.
