iPhone Please help, can not update the apps

Iphone 4s with 7.04 on board + JB. In appstore I see that some apps should be updated . But if I press "update" button the application just runs instead update. The button "update all" is not available on top. It`s grey. Installed only one tweak for better system speed.

With JB?! How it does? Sure I can recover it, but I wish just fix that problem.

Not a restore, but a hard reset.

I have several times in my life trying to do hard reset, and this led to a freeze in the process.

And as I know hard reset clean the phone completely.

This is a known bug that cropped up recently with 7.0.x firmware, whether jailbroken or not. (It does not affect 7.1.2 users.) See the iOS 7 forum for details, there's a thread or two in there. Not sure anyone's found a cure, might be a workaround posted there though.
