Please help, cannot open settings

I have jail broken ipad2 on ios 6.1.2. - The ipad is running well except I cannot get to settings. The page comes up then immediately disappears. I have tried reset a couple of times without fixing the problem and I would prefer not to restore in case I am forced to load 6.1.3. Any thoughts please? pretty please

If a reset doesn't work you could try re breaking it.
