Please help can't jailbreak iphone 4 iOS 7.1.2

I tried to jailbreak my iPhone 4 iOS 7.1.2 with redsn0w but it failed saying blobs were missing. I'm trying to get past the no sim card activation screen after a reset. Please help I'm I screwed or are the options left?

Edit: Pangu might not work on a 4..... Checking.....

Yes I tried to use Pangu... said I needed to activate my device first because I'm stuck at the no sim card activation screens. I need some way to jailbreak or hactivate it. Thank you for your reply!!
