Please Help! Deleted My SSD

Hi,
I was trying to reformat my ssd but I erased my ssd nothing s working like pressing command plus r
I read a conversation in which finally we have to a backup I hav'n t backed up my system please help
I FEEL LIKE MY COMPUTER IS DESTOYED

If you hold CMD + ALT + R on startup, does this boot into Internet Recovery? From there you should be able to wipe through Disk Utility and reinstall the OS.

Reformatting your drive erases your data. You will need to reinstall macOS

Yea it does boot
But it shows error-2006

At what point does it get that error please? Is it when wiping the disk or reinstalling the OS? Does it even boot into OS X Utilities?

Is it possible you could photograph what error you get?
